Terms of Service
SignGo (signgo.app), operated by M2PB.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of SignGo, an electronic signature service provided by M2PB (“M2PB”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using SignGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SignGo, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you use SignGo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of the Service
SignGo lets you upload a PDF or photo of a document, have fields positioned with the assistance of automated tools, and sign it directly on your device. When a document is signed, SignGo generates an audit certificate to help evidence the signing event.
3. Electronic Signatures and Legal Validity
SignGo is designed to support electronic signatures under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). By signing a document through SignGo, you consent to conduct the transaction electronically and agree that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten one. You are solely responsible for confirming that electronic signatures are appropriate and enforceable for your particular document, jurisdiction, and counterparties. Certain documents (for example, wills, certain family-law instruments, and court orders) may be excluded from electronic signing by law; SignGo does not warrant the enforceability of any specific document.
4. Your Account and Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for the content of the documents you upload and for having the right to upload, process, and request signatures on them.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SignGo to:
- upload unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content;
- impersonate another person or forge a signature;
- request signatures under duress or through deception, or otherwise misuse the audit trail;
- attempt to breach, probe, or overload the service or its security controls;
- violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
6. Plans, Trial, and Billing
SignGo offers a 7-day free trial that does not require a credit card. Paid plans are billed monthly in U.S. dollars (USD 9, 19, or 49 per month, depending on the plan). Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Dite Gateway. SignGo does not receive, store, or process your full card details — that information is handled by the payment provider under its own terms. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except where required by law.
7. Ownership of Content and Software
You retain all rights to the documents and content you upload. We claim no ownership over them and use them only to provide the service to you. SignGo, its software, design, and trademarks are and remain the property of M2PB. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any intellectual-property rights in SignGo to you.
8. Service Availability
SignGo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not provide legal advice, and nothing in SignGo constitutes legal advice. You are responsible for determining whether SignGo meets your legal and regulatory needs.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, M2PB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold M2PB harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
You may stop using SignGo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that creates legal or security risk. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date below and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of SignGo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to your use of SignGo are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
